The Training & Placement cell provides training from the time the students enter the campus. First year students are made to undergo programs to develop their communication skills, confidence and presentation skills. It will help the students to communicate better and present themselves with confidence.
The second year students undergo programs on personality development and aptitude improvement classes. The students are also helped to get rid of their barriers in communication & personality and eventually have a barrier free personality. This will further help them to get along with others by developing inter-personal and intra-personal communication and work in groups/Teams effectively.
The programme helps the students in developing a forceful personality, be more assertive and help them get what they want.
The third year students are made to undergo mock interviews and group discussions for boosting their prospects in this highly competitive world. The ultimate objective that will be achieved will be to make the student face Group Discussion & interview and any other situation positively and confidently and come out with success in their initiatives. Thus the Training & Placement cell makes the students skillfully strong.
The Training & Placement cell takes care of the placement of the students form the college. The training and placement cell interacts with the firms all over the country for the latest advances in the respective fields and for the placement of the students of the final year globally.
